Project 1: These Are My Symbols. Students will use visual symbols to reflect their personal desires. Students where challenged to show depth through the use of overlapping and color contrast.
Project 2: Roahl Dahl, a British fighter pilot, was one the greatest children's storyteller of all time. Awarded the "World Fantasy Award for Life Achievement" in 1983 he wrote fantastical stories based on his dreams and desires.
Students were challenged to monochromatically portray their idea of living in something like a toaster, a paint bucket with unlikely characters.
